From Loss to Light: Defining Moments at Mindvalley University 2025

In August 2025, I stepped onto the global stage at Mindvalley University in Amsterdam to share my story from Loss to Light and Setbacks to Comebacks.

This was a vision I placed on my board three years ago – and it became a defining, soul-level moment that will live forever in my heart.

The Event

Mindvalley University is one of the most outstanding events in the world for personal growth and empowerment, bringing together leading speakers and thousands of people committed to expanding their lives.

On this stage, as a Mindvalley speaker, I delivered my keynote From Loss to Light – Setbacks to Comebacks, sharing how the toughest challenges can become the very fuel for transformation, resilience, and reinvention.

Through immense loss and a relentless wave of challenges, I found myself without a map, a plan, or a guidebook. Out of that, I created my own “satnav” for life – a step-by-step route to not only survive, but thrive and create a new chapter filled with confidence, courage, and clarity.

That was the message I brought to Mindvalley:

• How to reframe setbacks into stepping stones.
• How to move forward with hope and courage.
• How to reinvent yourself into a version of you that you truly love and create a whole new life chapter.

My purpose is clear: to empower others to rise stronger and walk their journey with more ease and confidence than I once had. To share my story, journey plan, and sat nav so that I could help them shorten theirs with a plan that works!

The room rose to its feet in a standing ovation, filled with so much love and hope. This collective energy we shared will stay with me for life. And afterwards, I spent many hours with attendees who shared how my message had impacted them, most saying it felt ‘life changing’ it had changed their perspective and WILL shortened their journey through loss and challenges. I stood in my purpose filled with gratitude and abundance. To live ones purpose is a beautiful feeling.

From Vision To Reality

Becoming a speaker at Mindvalley University was once a dream, written on my vision board. Through belief, aligned massive action, and commitment to my mission, that dream became a reality.

And I believe this – when a giant goal comes off the vision board and into your life, it is not just the achievement to celebrate. It is the version of yourself you became on the journey to achieving it that we should celebrate. How we have grown, learnt and evolved to be the person who is now stood in the vision board as its her life reality and purpose.
